Baylor Bear Boys Invitational ***

We are really looking forward to hosting the Texas Jr. Golf Tour students and their families on September 11th! 

Here is the information/process that will allow the students to register for our special TJGT tours:

1.       Go to http://www.baylor.edu/visit/index.php?id=56555

2.       Complete the form with the student’s information

3.       Select September 11^th as the visit date  (Ignore the information about our regular tour times…we will offer the TJGT special tours at 10:00, 1:00 & 4:00)

4.       In the box labeled “Additional Requests/Info” please enter the following:    “Texas Jr. Golf Tour”and the tour time you plan to attend (10:00, 1:00 or 4:00)

5.       Then, Submit the form to us and we will respond with a confirmation email detailing the directions, etc.

6.       Get ready for a great time at Baylor University!

There will be a College-Bound Membership presentation at the Courtyard Hotel Waco Convention Center from 7-8pm. 

The Courtyard Hotel is our Host Hotel for the TJGT Event

Parent/ Spectator Banquet food tickets can be purchased at tournament registration.   $25/person. $15 children 12 and under

Banquet is mandatory for all players to attend.   Special gifts will be given out at the banquet

Twin Rivers/ All Boys Start Time Moved to 10 am shotgun on saturday.  Registration opens at 8:45.

World Famous Appetizers (Crazy Wings)  and drinks will be served starting at 6:30 pm.   Dinner will start apx. 7 pm.

The invitational banquet will be at the Waco Convention Center, just across the street from the host hotel. (Marriott Courtyard)

Players meals are included in the tournament price. World Famous George's in Waco will be catering the meal.  Banquest Speaker will be

Remax Long Drive CEO and Two Time Long Drive Champion Art Sellinger as well as Greg Priest, Baylor Mens Head Golf Coach will be our banquet speakers. 
 

The banquet includes everyone including all the Elite Mini Tour Players and Parents/spectators.

Player meals are included in the entry fee.  Tickets for parents/spectators can be bought at tournament registration.   Banquet meal cost is $25/person.   Don't miss the incredible food by local favorite Georges.
