$30 Practice Round @ Pro Shop.    Dinner on your own.

College Coach Question & Answer Panel:  Upstairs Dining Room: 6:45 -8:00 pm. 

 Panel of College Golf Coaches will answer your questions with a moderator. These events are usually standing room only and contain valuable information to players and parents.  There is limited seating, so come early to hear some of the top collegiate programs for both men & women in the USA.

SATURDAY, Oct 31st.

 Registration Opens: 0700 @ Scoreboard Area. Players must wear uniform designated by OJGT or TJGT @ wear Nike Sponsored Team Hats. Face Paint, Halloween theme encouraged. Show Team Spirit.   

 Range Opens: 0730   First Tee Time: 0810  #1 & #10 Tee Boxes

Foursomes @ 10 Min. Intervals.   Players at the Tee Box 10 Min Early:   

  Lunch:  Players & College Coaches (Sandwich, bottled water, Chips/fruit) No Cost

 Parents/Spectators: $10   Spectators are free to purchase lunch & breakfast inside dining room as well.  Dornick Hills CC will provide beverage cart on the course for drinks/food as well for spectators.

5:30-6:30 pm Main Building: Social Hour

Dress: Nice Casual/Semi-Formal  No jeans/No Shorts

Men: Nice slacks/golf shirt  Women: Slacks or dresses, no shorts

Players/ Staff-Upstairs  (Water, Tea, Soft drinks  & snacks provided to  players at no cost)

Parents/Spectators-Downstairs   Cash Bar: No Charges

Dinner Buffet: 6:30pm-Players/Staff-Upstairs   Parents/Spectators-Downstairs

 Cost: $20  Please purchase buffet ticket at Tournament Registration of at Club Bar.

Menu: 'Roast Beef Dinner with all the Fixings: Tea & Water. Cash Bar.

Banquet Program: 7:45-9:00 pm.

 Banquet is mandatory for all players.   Contack Tour.Directors for excused abscences.

Sunday: Nov 1st: Final Round Tee Times to Start @ 8 AM

TJGT/OJGT will host a very informative and fun evening friday night at Dornick Hills CC.  Soft drinks & snacks will be provided.

Up to 7 college coaches will particpate on the panel and players/parents will be able to ask questions and hear coaches speak about jr. golf,

college golf, recruiting etc.

Don't miss this opportunity on Friday evening upstairs in the Ballroom.  This is not mandatory for players however highly encouraged.

The Saturday night banquet is mandatory for all players. This Q & A evening is not mandatory

Social Hour:  Starts @ 6 pm.  Cash Bar downstairs for parents/spectators.  Drinks & snacks provided for players at no cost.

 Dinner Buffet Start Time: Apx. 6:40 pm.  Menu: Roast Beef  Dinner with all the Fixings.  Tea & Water. Alcoholic Drinks purchased at Cash Bart.

Banquet Dress:  Semi-Formal.  No Jeans or shorts.

Men & Players:  Nice slacks and shirt. Ties are permitted if you so desire.

Women & Players: Nice slacks or dress.  Ensure dresses or tops are within AJGA standards.

All players food will be free.  All spectators, friends, family can purchase
dinner tickets at the registration table on Saturday morning or Friday night at the social hour.

Banquet Meal Cost for Parents & Spectators: $20 Cash or Check. Paid at start of buffet line or purchase ticket at tournament registration.

Banquet Seating Arrangement:  All players stay in upstairs dining room. All spectators/ parents are to be seated downstairs.  After dinner, the CC staff will arrange seating for banquet speakers.
