Howdy Dave, We would be happy to host your players on Friday at The Association of Former Students’ Clayton W. Williams, Jr. Alumni Center. The newly enhanced 72,000 square foot alumni center is the largest in the world, and is located at 505 George Bush Drive, on the southwest corner of the Texas A&M campus. The parking lot entrance is on the north side of George Bush, in between Throckmorton and Houston Streets. Parking is free. A link to Google Maps to our location: On Friday at 2:00 and 4:00, I would be happy to provide guided tours through a series of interactive exhibits that showcase the core values of Texas A&M, and give the players a sense of what being a student at Texas A&M is all about. A link to some photos of the exhibits can be found here: http://www.aggienetwork.com/exhibits/default.aspx Players and their families that can’t make these time windows are welcome to come by the alumni center on their own any time we are open, and explore the exhibits. Our hours on Friday are 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and on Saturday we are open from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. For those players who wish to brave the elements and take a guided walking tour of campus, tours are available on Fridays, leaving from the Appelt Visitors Center, inside Rudder Tower. Special Treat: Free Tickets to Nationally Televised Basketball Game Friday NIght:
TJGT & Texas A & M will provide free basketball ticket (player only - parents will need to buy their ticket if they want to attend) to the nationally televised game starting @ 7:00 pm between Akron & Texas A & M. There are no cost to the tickets and tickets will be distributed on a first come basis. There will be an apx. block of 150 tickets.
The BBCUE has been moved to Saturday Evening at the Texas A & M Golf Team Facility at Traditions. Plz show up at the basketball arena NLT 6:45. Coach Monzingo will be at the Will Call Window for anyone wishing to attend.
Once again, there is one free ticket for a student athlete: ie. each participant and one guest. additonal tickets can be purchased at very low rate at arena.
game starts at 7 pm CST.
BBCUE/Banquet once again moved to Saturday night at Team Facility. Cost is $5/person. Cash or check at the door.

The ticket block has been increased to 200 tickets just for TJGT
1) Ticket prices – to purchase tickets in the vicinity of the reserved block, they will cost $26. Reed Arena tickets are sold per seat so they do not give price breaks for students. If patrons want to purchase the least expensive ticket to get into Reed Arena, that price is $8 and their seats will be located on the upper portion just above the seats we have reserved for the TJGT Group. 2) Admission Entrance – TJGT Participants and parents should meet Coach Monzingo at the West Entrance of Reed Arena to obtain their complimentary (2) tickets. Additional tickets can be purchased at the West Entrance Box Office for $8-$26 depending on the seats. 3) Parking – Guests can park in the West Entrance Parking Lot for $5 or they may park in the Parking Garage for an hourly fee. 4) Directions – From University Drive and Texas Ave – Drive South on Texas Ave. until George Bush Drive. Turn Right on George Bush Drive until Olsen Blvd. Turn Right on Olsen Blvd. and you will see Reed Arena on your left. West Entrance Parking Lot will be on the far left side of Reed Arena. Parking Garage will be to the right of Reed Arena. |

Driving Range Availability will be determined by course Supt. and weather. TJGT will request the range to be open NLT 9 am. Tournament Registration will start Apx 8: 15- 8:30 AM by the cart barn/scoreboard area.
BBUE/Banquet at team facility is now on saturday evening at Texas A & M Mens's and Womens Team Facility. Cost is $5/person. cash or check. TJGT will publish any changes on the notes section of info page, as well as email all participants and post at pro shop., Weather forecast is good for weekend. Plz bring plenty of layers/rain suits just in case. Better to over prepare than under.
Take advantage of the great university tours on friday as well. Great experience for all. All athlete recruits are taken on these tours.

| Sat, Dec 5, 2009 | 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM | BBCUE @ Aggie Team Facility | The Zone Club banquet has been canceled and a great, relaxed, fun filled BBCUE will be held Saturday Evening at the Texas A & M Team Facility at Traditions. TJGT will have a corporate, heated tent along with the team facility opened. A world class BBCUE meal provided by former TJGT Board Member:Robert Davis Family will be provided. Cost is $5/person: this is to cover only cost of tent/cleanup and heaters etc. Everyone will be able to meet NCAA Champions Coach JT Higgins and Head Coach Trelle Mccombs and their assistants. There will be a Q & A time and fun filled, relaxed evening. Players that attend will be given additional gifts including an electronic gift.
