Boys 16-18 Champion = 1 Tournament Exemption

Girls 12-18 Champion = 1 Tournament Exemption

Boys 12-15 Champion = 1 Jr. All Star Tournament Exemption

Pull Carts and Caddies will not be allowed at Raven's Nest.  We are trying to stay within guidelines for Golfweek and Junior Scorecard ranking policies.

Saturday, October 20 will be tee times beginning at 8:00 a.m. off of #1 and #10 tees.  We will be playing in threesomes and using 8 minute intervals.  On Sunday, October 21, we will use an 8:00 a.m. shotgun start.  Devo time will be 7:30 a.m. on Sunday.

Huntsville hotels and motels are booked up for the weekend that we will be playing Raven's Nest (Oct. 20-21).  I suggest you call the LaQuinta Inn and Suites in Conroe, Texas to book a room.  They are approximately 17 rooms available on Friday and Saturday night.  It is about 25 miles from Conroe to Huntsville.  The number to call is 936-228-0790.

Players and Parents,

We will play the 16-18 boys at 6700-6800 (Black Tees), the 12-15 boys at 6400 (Blue Tees) and all girls at 5700+ (Green Tees) .  I will soon be meeting with the Head Golf Professional, Nate Nye, to set the tees according to the way he believes we should go.  The course, yardage set up, will be very similar to the way the boys Region III-4A UIL Tournament is played.   If any of you have questions then feel free to email me directly at rherridge@misd.org
