Invitational. Book your tee time with Pro Shop individually.

Practice Round Cost:  Age 16 & over:  $25 with cart or walking

                                        Age 15 & below:  $13.50 walking, with cart is cart charge: Should be $25 total with parent in cart.

Course set up/yardages:  : Please read FAQ's on website for Golfweek Ranked tournament.  This will explain how a Golfweek ranked event is setup and how awards are distributed. 

All invitationals are open events: 12-18 boys & girls. Boys will normally play 6800-7000 yds.  All Girls 5700-6000 yds.

TJGT will conduct a College Coach Q & A evening at the host hotel Friday evening Sept. 5th.   Coach Monzingo, former Univ. of Oklahoma Golf Coach will conduct a  seminar on college recruiting, resume writing/tips,  AJGA Performance Based Entry, Questions & Answers.  The Marriott Courtyard will provide a room that seats apx. 60 people and a powerpoint presentation will be made.

TJGT will post the exact room th Q & A will be held at the host hotel.

Registration will be at Clubhouse.  Tournament gifts & Membership gifts

will be distributed at this time.  Registration is ONLY on Saturday Morning.

  Planned tee times will be a double tee start each day starting at 8 am.

Sunday: Arrive at starting tee NLT 10 mins prior to tee time.

Front Desk.  Sunday Tee Times will be posted NLT 7 PM. CST.

Players attending the Saturday evening banquet only wil receive the noise cancelling earphones from Koss Corporation valued at $100/pair.  Also, a special gift from Nike for parents.

Tee Times start @ 0800.  Double Tee Start each day..

Lunch Provided for Players Only:

Saturday & Sunday. :  Box Lunches will provided to players at turn @ no extra cost.

 
 

Parents/Spectators  may purchase these lunches at reduced prices.

The invitational banquet will be at the Waco Convention Center, just across the street from the host hotel. (Marriott Courtyard)

Players meals are included in the tournament price. World Famous George's in Waco will be catering the meal.  Banquest Speaker will be

Olympic Multiple Gold Medalist and CEO of Mental Managment: Mr. Lanny Basham will now be out Banquet Speaker.

Baylor Head Coach Greg Priest will also be present at the banquet.
