Morgan Stanley Tour Championship***

Great gifts from Nike Golf will be at registration.   Each Player will receive Hat & Shirt at registration. 

Players will receive surprise nike golf gift, one dozen golf balls  along with a electronic gift at the end of the championship show Saturday evening.

Players must attend the championship show to receive the gifts at the show.  No exceptions. 

There will be double tee start on both courses at 8 am on Saturday.

Horse shoe bay will provide a special, discounted dinner at the Lantana Grill ( just down the Hallway from Ballroom) for TJGT Families. This will allow everyone to eat before or after the show which starts at 7 pm.  This will make the logistics very easy and families will not have to leave the resort for dinner and rush back to the show. 

Social Hr. starts at 6:15 and the doors to the ballroom will be open at that time to view many videos from the season.  Everyone must be in there seats NLT 6:55 pm.

Each TJGT family will receive a 10% discount card for resort purchases/food to further reduce the cost.

The Lantana grill only seats apx 160 but there will be overflow on the patio and rooms down the hallway to accomadate families eating. You may carry your plate & drinks to tables set up for overflow. We highly recommned you call for reservations.

the driving range and putting greens will close at 5 pm.  all players and parents will be informed to head to resort and buffet to prepare for tour championship show.

championship show is mandatory attendance for everyone.   buffet starts at 4:30 until 10 pm.   social hour outside the ballroom starts at 6:15.

seating will begin at 6:50 or when you arrive.  the ballroom will be setup for 600.  don't wait to the last minute or you will be sitting on the floor.

TJGT will provide drinks & heavy snacks outside the ballroom of the championship muti-media show.  There is no cost for players or spectators.

Doors will be open to ballroom and past video will be showing on the video screens. Many parents/players like to come early to watch before and

great time to socialize with other families and players. 

Doors will close at 7 pm for the incredible championship show.   TJGT will provide signs and flyers in your welcome packet as well.

Championship show is mandatory attendance for all tournament participants and families. 

Special Additional Gifts from Nike Golf and electronic gifts will be handed out to each player after the show.

 Dress code for championship show is golf casual.

The annual Tour Championship Show is a must attend.  TJGT will produce a multi-media presentation full of great videos and pictures on three huge screens inside the grand ballroom.

TJGT will honor the All Tour Teams & Player of the Year from the Mini Tour and Big Tour. Also, special awards for sportsmanship will be given as well.  Other awards like Best Dressed on tour will also be given.

Coach John Fields, Univ. of Texas Mens Head Coach will be our speaker now. Coach Fields was also the president of the College Coaches Assoc.

He brings a vast wealth of playing and coaching experience that he will share with every one.

Once again, attendance is mandatory for everyone playing in the tour championship. Special gifts from Nike Golf and another electronic gift will

be handed to each player at the conclusion of the show.   Everyone will enjoy thereselves.

TJGT recommends you eat at the discounted buffet at the Lantana Grill.  Horseshoe Bay is providing a great Mexican Fajita Buffet starting at 4:30 pm  and they will be open until 10 after the show.  Highly, highly recommend everyone eat here. starting at 6:15. This time is a great social time for everyone.

TJGT will award the Top Five Places in Boys 16-18.

All other divisions will be awarded top three places.  Girls 12-15, Girls 16-18, Boys 12-15.

Please remember AJGA exemptions apply to Girls for 12-18 and for Golfweek ranking.

Girls will be repaired regardless of age on the final day.

Any ties will be determined by sudden death playoff.
